This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from watchd.co.uk or watch-d.com (the “Site”).

We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

We also collect Behavioural Data in a non personally identifiable manner. Such as the amount of time you have spent on the site, or the path you have taken to get to checkout. This data is used to analyse how users interact with the site at a large scale, so we can improve the experience of our customers. Behavioural Data is acquired using the same technology used to acquire Device Information.

Finally, we will collect and store personally identifiable Marketing Data should you opt in and consent to any of our email lists. This could include your full name and email address. This data will also be linked with any Order Information associated with your email.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information and Order Information, Behavioural Data and Marketing Data.

 

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

- Take reasonable actions to aid the you in interacting with the Site;

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We also use Device Information alongside Behavioural Data to retarget you for advertisements across the web - including but not limited to Google’s search/display networks, Pinterest, Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram. None of the data used in this process is personally identifiable.

We also use Behavioural Data to enrich and narrow the audiences we choose to advertise to in future.

Finally, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, we use marketing data such as your email address to send you information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 

Sharing you personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
